The Clarion CX501E Double DIn Receiver has more source connections and format capabilities than ever before. A fully variable colour illuminated control panel with easy to use controls serves as your interface to USB and Bluetooth connectivity. The LCD display lets you mix the RGB (Red/Green/Blue) levels to create a desired background colour.  The control buttons on the faceplate automatically change colours to match the display.

The large volume control knob, combined with the ergonomically symmetrical design of the unit, helps to provide equally comfortable operation from the driver side or passenger side. Using it is so intuitive and natural, it minimises stress for the operator and contributes to driving safety.

If your music is digital, the CX501E is ready with MP3/WMA playback capabilities from CD-R/W or a USB memory stick. This unit also features USB iPod/iPhone direct control. Compatible with all late generation iPods you can have full high speed control and display of the player using the rear USB connection.

Clarion also built Bluetooth capability into the CX501E so you can enjoy the safety and convenience of hands-free calling and music streaming. When a call comes in, press a button to mute the music and speak to your caller, without touching your mobile phone.
