Place your order for in-stock items up to 3.00pm Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised and barring system failure, we will despatch your goods the same day. Any orders placed on Sat/Sun will be processed on Monday. This is part of the standard delivery service associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. Deliveries can be made on Saturdays or Express Overnight for an extra premium, please call us on 0845 505 1970 for pricing. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items over ?50 are shipped by courier and a signature will be required upon delivery.
The majority of our orders are delivered through DPD couriers. If you provide us with a mobile phone number and email address during checkout, DPD will contact you to advise you of the date of your delivery and a 1 hour time slot that they expect to deliver within. If this time is not convienient for you , you can select from 3 further delivery day options. This can be done by text or email, whichever is most convienient to yourself.

Please Note: When purchasing by credit card, automatic delivery of goods can only be made to the registered address of the credit card holder or an official work address. For security reasons this information will be computer matched prior to despatch.
Delivery of car audio products will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated online but delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers have any issues with despatch, we will notify you of this position immediately. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be advised to us immediately via email or phone and/or on your delivery note from the courier. An item will only be considered lost once investigated and accepted by the courier or royal mail as missing. This in some cases can take up to 14 days to investigate. Any lost item will be replaced or refunded in full.
If a parcel is returned undelivered due a wrong/incomplete address being provided, you will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. In this case such charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to you directly.
Any information found on the Car Audio Direct website is intended for guidance only. Due to the varied nature of vehicle manufacturers car production and model year breaks we cannot 100% guarantee compatibility with your vehicle. You are advised to check the vehicles audio installation, wiring or fitments prior to placing an order to ensure suitability.
However, if the part you order is later discovered to be incorrect for your particular vehicle you can always use our efficient online returns system (within 7 days) and we will gladly exchange for an alternative if required.
Do not book an installer or other trades-person until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any work costs you may incur.
1. Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
2. Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 7 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact our eSupport 'Help Desk', via the website or by direct email contact. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
