Delivery & Returns

We carry huge stocks of virtually all the products shown on-line and envisage to deliver orders typically within 2-3 working days (UK mainland). We can also deliver to most parts of Europe and N. America - please email for a quote.


Types of delivery and the dispatch times

  • Same-day despatch applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders received after 3pm are processed the next working day. 
  • Normal delivery for smaller items is sent via Royal Mail and will arrive within 2 – 3 working days.
  • Delivery of stereos, speakers (larger items) is by DPD courier and will typically arrive within 2 working days.
  • Special delivery services - next working day delivery and Weekend delivery can be shipped via DPD Next Day Couriers (subject to availability of products) - please email for a quote.


What happens if there is no-one at home upon delivery?

  • Our delivery service requires you to be at home or make arrangements to receive delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card stating when they called and who you need to contact to arrange another delivery - Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.


Where is my order?

  • Most of our products are dispatched on the day of the order from our own warehouse (Mon-Fri, excludes weekends and bank holidays). A tracking number can be provided so you can trace the progress of your order.


Delivery Options for UK Mainland

  • Depending on the weight and value of your order, we will offer you Postal or Courier Delivery options for the most suitable delivery method.
  • Normal & Express Next Day delivery is provided by DPD Courier service
  • Smaller and low value items are sent via Royal Mail First Class (2 -3 working days)


Next day delivery will cost?

  • Monday to Thursday (excluding Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays) - Next Working Day Delivery £7.99 - Please call us on 0208 561 3427 to expedite your order once it has been placed.
  • Saturday Next Day Delivery £19.99
  • Orders placed over weekend with next working day delivery will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.


What are your standard delivery charges?

  • Currently, we are offering a flat rate fee of £4.99 for any size or value of order, to UK mainland addresses.
  • Please note orders to IOM, IOW, N. Ireland, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands will incur additional costs, typically an additional £10.00 (unless they are small, low value items and can be shipped using Royal Mail). If your order falls into any of these postcodes and additional payment is required, then will email you once your order has been processed.

International delivery charges?

  • Please email for a quote as price will depend on item size and delivery lcoation.
  • You are responsible for paying local taxes and customs to the delivery location. Delivery fees will not be refunded should the consingment be returned / rejected.
  • Please note £4.99, £7.99 & Saturday £19.99 delivery charges are for UK delivery only.

Return Policy

  • Unwanted Goods: In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2015), you have a 14 working day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. The cooling off period starts on the day after the day on which you received the goods (does not include weekends). You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • Providing that unwanted goods are received back by us in "as new" condition, we will refund payment for the goods. We don't mind if you open the product to check it, however any used or damaged products will be subject to a 25% handling fee so please take care when opening your item. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 working days 'cooling off' period, please e-mail us at [email protected]
  • Special order items and cabling are non-returnable and do not qualify for a 14 working day 'cooling off period' to cancel purchase and receive a refund.
  • Please tell us your name and address, how your order was placed and any payment reference (ie Paypal) and the order number.
  • Should you cancel your purchase with this 14 working day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full via the method of payment. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 14 working day 'cooling off period'.
  • You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include with the return your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
  • Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 14 working day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact our eSupport department, via the website, direct email or phone for a returns number. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired (or replaced, if appropriate with a new product) or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.
  • PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER
  • To avoid unnecessary returns, our returns address will be provided with the  Returns Number.

Christmas Return Policy

  • Any product purchased on-line between 27/11/2021 and 24/12/21 will qualify for our extended returns policy.
  • If your purchase is made within this time you have until 01/01/2022 to inform us of your intention to return your items.
  • All orders placed within this time which are outside of the standard 14 day policy can only be returned for a credit. All credits need to be used within 90 days of issue.
  • Please ensure you inform our Customer Service team in writing or via email ([email protected]).
  • Any items being returned need be in brand new, unopened and unused condition. Any items which are returned and have been clearly used will be returned back to the customer.
  • All products must be returned to us within 14 calendar days after our Customer Service team have authorised a return.
  • Any promotional items received FREE at the time of purchase must also be returned, unused and unopened, otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the credit.
  • All return costs are down to the buyer and it is recommended that you return your items using a trackable method with appropriate insurance (if required).
 
Please note: Our normal returns policy still applies on all orders if you are within the 14 day returns period.
